We know that it’s not easy to find the perfect property for your dream home. To make this process easier, Sterling Build offers property evaluation services to determine if a particular property will be a good fit.
Design Build
We offer start to finish design build services. Prior to construction, we can assist with design, layout and selecting finishes. We can also assist with obtaining the necessary permits. Once the preliminary work is complete, we will manage the construction of the home.
Renovations & Additions
We also work with clients to renovate their homes. Beyond completing the construction work, we can also help with obtaining the necessary permits and assisting with the design and layout of the home.
Warranty
Nothing makes us happier than seeing homeowners enjoy their homes for years to come. We offer a one-year limited warranty, and, for newly constructed homes, we offer an optional Tarion warranty.
We want to stay in touch with homeowners once the warranty is completed. We know each house better than anyone and we are happy to assist with any ongoing repairs, maintenance or renovation needs into the future.

Sterling Build was started by Jason Igel. Being the 3rd generation of the Igel family in the construction business in the Greater Toronto Area, Jason has developed a deep knowledge of the process of constructing custom homes as well as an understanding of the value that well thought out designs and home layouts add. The philosophy at Sterling Build is that a home shouldn’t just fit a homeowner’s lifestyle, it should enhance it.
